   There may be several reasons behind login issues. First, ensure you have a stable internet connection and that your app is up to date. Common causes include:
   • a. Your Interaktif user account does not match your V[yyxx] user—this mismatch may cause the app to crash.
   • b. Although you have a V[yyxx] account, it may not be activated or lacks proper authorization—this often results in a blank screen upon login.
   • c. Your session may have timed out. User sessions are periodically terminated for security. Try logging out via the profile button in the top right corner, then log back in.
2. I want to reset my password. How can I do that?
   The system is integrated with Interaktif. You can reset your password through your Interaktif account.
3. I am not receiving notifications. What should I do?
   Make sure you’ve granted notification permissions for the app. You can verify this under Settings > Applications > Parent Communication Triangle. After adjusting the settings, try logging out and back in to resolve the issue.
