Zenless Zone Zero Version 1.5: Leaked Permanent Bangboo Dress-Up Mode and More
New leaks suggest a permanent dress-up mode is coming to Zenless Zone Zero in Version 1.5, launching January 22nd. The anticipated feature centers around a "Bangboo Beauty Contest" event, allowing players to customize outfits for the mascot, Eous.
Version 1.4 introduced S-Rank characters Hoshimi Miyabi and Asaba Harumasa (the latter being free), and two new permanent combat-focused game modes. Version 1.5 appears to follow this trend of adding diverse gameplay, with a non-combat mode potentially joining the roster permanently.
Reliable leaker Flying Flame revealed details of the Bangboo dress-up mode, including screenshots showcasing various clothing items for Eous. While the mode itself will become permanent, event-specific rewards will be time-limited. Rumors suggest this event may also unlock a long-awaited skin for Nicole Demara.
Beyond the dress-up event, other leaks hint at a temporary platformer game mode. This aligns with HoYoverse's history of incorporating non-combat gameplay in other titles, such as Honkai: Star Rail's cocktail-making and Genshin Impact's card game.
HoYoverse has officially confirmed the arrival of S-Rank characters Astra Yao and Evelyn, a new area, and a new chapter in the main storyline for Version 1.5. With the update fast approaching, further details are expected soon.
