Application Description

Uttar Pradesh has taken a significant step forward in enhancing its public health service management through the introduction of the eKavach app. Developed and implemented by the National Health Mission (NHM) of Uttar Pradesh, this Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) application is specifically designed for the use of frontline health workers including ASHA workers, ANM, ASHA Sangini, and Community Health Officers (CHOs). Built on Argusoft's Open Source and Digital Public Goods (DPG) Certified platform, MEDPlat, eKavach streamlines the entire workflow and referral processes for various health services such as Family Folder, Reproductive, Maternal, Child Health Plus (RMCH+), Non-Communicable Diseases (NCD), Nutrition, and other essential health programs.
