For instance, imagine you're given the letters R, N, I, W, S, E, N. You could play the word "WINNERS" and score a whopping 134 points. Meanwhile, your opponent might play "WIRES" and only score 47 points. In this scenario, you'd win the turn, and "WINNERS" would be placed on the board, setting the stage for the next round.
