To conquer the viral challenge in this game, you'll need to skillfully use capsules of the same color to eliminate viruses. The game features a dynamic board filled with viruses in three distinct colors: red, yellow, and blue. As a player, you take control of falling capsules, maneuvering them left or right and rotating them to strategically align them with viruses and other capsules already in play. The key to success is creating alignments of four or more capsule halves or viruses of the same color, either horizontally or vertically, which will clear them from the board. Your ultimate goal is to clear all viruses from the field to complete a level. Be mindful, as the game ends if capsules stack up and block the narrow neck of the bottle.

Before diving into a new game, you have the flexibility to choose your starting difficulty, ranging from zero to twenty. This choice directly influences the number of viruses you need to clear. Additionally, you can select from three game speed options, which determine the descent rate of the capsules. Scoring in this game is straightforward and focused solely on eliminating viruses; neither the time taken to finish a level nor the number of capsules used affects your score. If you conquer the highest difficulty, you can keep playing to boost your score, although the number of viruses to clear won't increase. Scoring bonuses are awarded for eliminating multiple viruses simultaneously, but there's no extra score for triggering chain reactions, where one elimination leads to another. Remember, the game speed plays a crucial role in scoring, with higher speeds offering more points for each cleared virus.
