Application Description

In Gunjin Shogi, opponents battle without knowing each other's pieces. Deduce the enemy's strategy from captured pieces and engage in combat.

This Android application enables communication-based shogi warfare, though it does not support direct communication battles.

Gunjin Shogi is a strategic duel where players confront each other with hidden piece identities.

Infer your opponent's pieces from lost units and capture their headquarters to claim victory.

You are defeated if your opponent occupies your headquarters with their piece.

Normal Match → Challenge the computer by selecting its skill level from "Beginner" or "Advanced."

Campaign: Master Gunjin Shogi rules through the tutorial. Features dedicated modes for Naofumi Tatsumi and Maresuke Nogi.

Includes a "Referee Mode" for real-world matches when no official referee is available.

Internationally known as the strategic board game: Stratego.
