Phase 10 Rules:

A phase is a combination of cards (sets, runs, same-color cards, or a mix). You must complete phases sequentially (1-10).

• Dealing: 10 cards are dealt face down to each player.
• Phase Completion: You need the entire phase in hand before laying it down. You can add extra cards to an existing phase, but only if they directly fit. Only one phase per turn. Failure to complete a phase means attempting it again on your next turn. Credit for a completed phase is awarded immediately.
• Playing Out: After completing a phase, you must play out your remaining cards. Always draw one card at the beginning and discard one at the end of your turn.
• Scoring: At the end of a round, count the value of remaining cards: 5 points for cards 1-9, 10 points for cards 10-12, 15 for a Skip, and 25 for a Wild. Lowest score wins!
• Winning the Game: The first player to complete Phase 10 and discard all cards wins. If multiple players complete Phase 10 simultaneously, the player with the lowest score wins. Ties result in a replay of Phase 10.
