For users experiencing issues launching the app on Android 11 (as of June 15, 2021): Some users have reported crashes upon launching the app on certain Android 11 devices. To resolve this, try clearing the app's storage. Note: This will erase your parking history, which cannot be recovered.

Procedure to Clear Storage:

1. Open "Settings"
2. Open "Apps and Notifications"
3. Tap "PP Park!"
4. Open "Storage and Cache"
5. Tap "Erase Storage"

This issue is related to Android 11, and Google is reportedly aware of the problem. While a fix is anticipated, similar issues persist globally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
