GAMEPLAY

Like traditional golf, the objective of Play Nine is to achieve the lowest score possible. Minimize your strokes by matching pairs and aiming for a Hole-In-One. After 9 holes, the player with the fewest strokes wins!

Each player starts with eight cards, with a draw pile and a discard pile placed in the center. To begin, every player flips two cards face up. Taking turns clockwise, players draw from either the deck or the discard pile and may choose to replace one of their face-up or face-down cards. If a player dislikes their drawn card, they can flip one of their face-down cards instead. Players work to match vertical pairs of cards to reduce their stroke count. As in golf, the player with the lowest score wins the hole.
