Xbox Game Pass Welcomes a Snowy Avalanche of New Games in January 2025!
Get ready for a thrilling January on Xbox Game Pass! Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, a day-one title for Ultimate subscribers, drops on January 21st. This exciting skiing game offers both co-op and PvP modes, promising exhilarating gameplay.
While the first half of January saw some existing titles shift tiers, the second half is brimming with new additions. Following Lonely Mountains: Snow Riders, expect the arrival of Eternal Strands (January 28th), Sniper Elite: Resistance (January 30th), and Citizen Sleeper 2: Starward Vector (January 31st), all as day-one Game Pass Ultimate releases.
Of particular note is Eternal Strands, an action-adventure game from Yellow Brick Games, boasting a distinct Zelda-esque feel. This title, along with the other January additions, will be available at no extra cost to Game Pass Ultimate members.

February 2025 currently looks less packed, with the confirmed addition of Avowed to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate on February 18th. However, Game Pass Ultimate subscribers have plenty to anticipate in the meantime, enjoying the exciting wave of January releases.
