How to Redeem Codes

Redeeming codes is straightforward, requiring only a few simple steps. Note that you must reach level 16 before accessing the redemption feature (approximately one hour of gameplay).

1. Launch Tree of Savior: Neverland.
2. Click your avatar in the upper-left corner.
3. Navigate to the "Settings" button (gear icon) in the lower-left corner of the Stats menu.
4. Go to the "Basic" tab and locate the "Redeem Code" button within the Customer Service section.
5. Enter a code (copy-pasting is recommended) into the input field.
6. Click "Confirm" to submit your request.

Upon successful redemption, a confirmation message will appear, and the rewards will be added to your account.
