Eclipse Glow Games Unveils "Tides of Annihilation," a New Action-Adventure Title

Revealed during Sony's State of Play 2025 event, Tides of Annihilation is a captivating single-player action-adventure game poised to redefine the genre. Developed by the Chengdu-based studio, Eclipse Glow Games, and backed by Tencent, this title promises a thrilling blend of intense combat, immersive storytelling, and a breathtaking setting.

The game transports players to a modern-day London besieged by otherworldly forces. Players assume the role of Gwendolyn, humanity's last hope, embarking on an epic quest through iconic London landmarks. Combat involves summoning spectral Knights of the Round Table to battle enemies inspired by Arthurian mythology, culminating in showdowns with colossal skyscraper-sized bosses.

Eclipse Glow Games, a team of over 100 developers with experience on titles like Yakuza, For Honor, Assassin's Creed, Persona, and Prince of Persia, is making its debut with this ambitious project. Lead Game Producer Kun Fu expressed the team's excitement and commitment to pushing the boundaries of the action-adventure genre.

"We've crafted a world that reimagines Arthurian legend, blending courage, loyalty, and heroism within an epic narrative set against a strangely familiar backdrop," Fu stated. "This will truly test the mettle of gamers."
