The eagerly awaited collaboration between Honkai: Star Rail and Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works] is scheduled to launch on July 11, 2025, with the game's Version 3.6 update. Dubbed "Sweet Dreams and the Holy Grail," this crossover event merges the sci-fi universe of Honkai: Star Rail with the intricate lore of the Fate series, introducing players to new characters, engaging storylines, and innovative gameplay mechanics.
This crossover event is enriched by the direct involvement of key characters from the Fate franchise. Renowned artist Takashi Takeuchi has crafted the character models for Saber and Archer, ensuring their visual authenticity remains true to the originals. Moreover, Kinoko Nasu, the creator of the Fate series, has personally overseen the storyline, ensuring a narrative that not only integrates seamlessly but also adds depth and authenticity to the experience.
Brand-new Collaboration Themed Event
The event unfolds in Penacony, the Planet of Festivities, transformed into a dreamlike battlefield reminiscent of the Holy Grail War. Players will dive into a fresh gameplay format, where they summon Servants, deploy Command Seals, and unleash Noble Phantasms to outmaneuver their foes. This setting expertly blends thematic elements from both universes, offering a unique narrative journey while paying homage to the source material.
