PS5 owners will be able to play both Gran Turismo and Forza Horizon

The long-standing console wars and the exclusivity of major titles have fueled countless debates. A central question has always been: Forza (Xbox) or Gran Turismo (PlayStation)? Owning both consoles wasn't feasible for many, but that's changing. PlayStation gamers can finally experience Forza firsthand.

Forza Horizon 5 is officially arriving on PS5! The announcement was made via social media, and a dedicated PlayStation Store page is live. The release is slated for Spring 2025, though a precise date remains unannounced.

Panic Button is leading the PS5 port development, with Turn 10 Studios and Playground Games offering support. The PS5 version will feature identical content to other platforms and participate in cross-platform play.

Furthermore, a free content update, "Horizon Realms," is in the works for all platforms. Horizon Festival participants will explore beloved locations from past "Evolving Worlds" updates, alongside some exciting surprises.
