Pokémon Go Announces January 2025 Community Day Featuring Sprigatito!

Get ready, Pokémon Go Trainers! The first Community Day of 2025 has been announced, and it's bringing the Grass Cat Pokémon, Sprigatito, into the spotlight! Mark your calendars for January 5th.

From 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm local time, Sprigatito will be appearing much more frequently in the wild. This is your prime opportunity to catch plenty of these adorable Pokémon.

Evolving your Sprigatito during the event (or within the five-hour post-event window) into Floragato and then Meowscarada will grant it the powerful Charged Attack, Frenzy Plant. It will also permanently learn the Charged Attack, Flower Trick, making this evolved form a valuable addition to any team.

This Community Day event is packed with fantastic bonuses:

• Triple Stardust and Double Candy: Maximize your rewards for every Pokémon caught!
• Double Candy XL Chance (Level 31+): Trainers at level 31 or higher will have a significantly increased chance of obtaining Candy XL.
