The US ban affects not only Marvel Snap, but also Mobile Legends: Bang Bang and CapCut. These apps, along with TikTok, share a common owner: ByteDance. Given the intense scrutiny TikTok faces from US lawmakers regarding national security and data privacy, ByteDance appears to have proactively removed these apps to preempt a broader ban.

While there's optimism for TikTok's potential return, even if temporary, this could pave the way for ByteDance's other apps, including Marvel Snap, to reappear on US app stores.
