A card-generation deck featuring Devil Dinosaur synergizes perfectly with Victoria Hand. This powerful combination is further enhanced by including Quinjet, Mirage, Frigga, Valentina, Cosmo, The Collector, Agent Coulson, Agent 13, Kate Bishop, and Moon Girl.
Iron Patriot, Mystique, and Speed can be substituted for Agent 13, Kate Bishop, and Frigga, offering flexible deck building options.

- Victoria Hand boosts the power of cards generated in your hand.
- Agent Coulson, Agent 13, Mirage, Frigga, Valentina, Kate Bishop, and Moon Girl are your card generators. (Frigga and Moon Girl also duplicate key cards for added power or disruption.)

- Protect your Ongoing lane: Opponents will likely target Victoria Hand with tech cards like Enchantress. To counter this, play Devil Dinosaur and Victoria Hand in the same lane and protect them with Cosmo.
Alternative Discard Deck for Victoria Hand

Countering Victoria Hand
Super Skrull effectively counters Victoria Hand. Since many players use Doctor Doom 2099 decks, Super Skrull is a valuable tech card against both Victoria Hand and Doom 2099 lineups.
Other counters include Shadow King (removes Victoria Hand's buffs from one lane) and Enchantress (removes all Ongoing effects). Valkyrie can also disrupt power distribution by being played in a critical enemy lane.
