The quickest way to acquire Hylea's Talon is by purchasing it from merchants. Lluisa Melcer (Farmer's Market) and Abritt Porrya (Piaza Mez Vidarro) in the Emerald Stair region each sell up to 5 Talons for 450 coins apiece.
Exploration and Foraging
Hylea's Talon can also be found throughout Emerald Stair as a collectible plant. Look for the distinctive plant icon on your mini-map.
