On January 5th, 2025, YouTuber Doctre81 reported that Gotham Knights may be coming to the Nintendo Switch 2. This claim stems from a game developer's resume, showcasing past work on the title. The developer, employed by QLOC from 2018 to 2023, listed various games including Mortal Kombat 11 and Tales of Vesperia. Crucially, the resume mentions Gotham Knights as developed for two yet-to-be-released platforms.

No official announcements have been made by Warner Bros. Games or Nintendo, so treat this as speculation. But with the Nintendo Switch 2 being the only highly anticipated unreleased console, the possibility is intriguing.
