Pick Up ‘A Good Scrub’

Begin by talking to the innkeeper in Kuttenberg about work, who will direct you to Betty. There are two bathhouses in the city, but Betty's is in the southeast section. Once you find her, mention that you heard she has work, and she'll send you to Grund to find Matsek. Matsek is nervous about being seen with the girls he's supposed to bring to the bathhouse. Approach the courtyard where he's waiting and find three girls at a table. Tell them you're there for Betty and escort them back to Kuttenberg.

Promote the Bathhouse

After safely returning the girls, Betty will task you with promoting the bathhouse to attract customers. Work with her to craft a persuasive pitch, then shout it out at the grain market, horse market, vintners' street, and merchants' street. Remember, this must be done during the day, so if it's too late, wait until morning.

Clean Up the Bathhouse and Finish ‘A Good Scrub’

Your next task is to clean up the bathhouse before the alderman arrives for inspection. Completing these tasks swiftly is crucial; failure to do so will result in the bathhouse being shut down, preventing you from picking up the subsequent quest, "Ill Repute."

Finding Fleas for ‘Ill Repute’ in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

After passing the inspection, speak with Betty about ongoing issues. She'll reveal that the city council is deciding on the main bathhouse, and you need to sabotage the competition. To do this, gather information from Meaty Mary, Katcha, and Little Lida about the councillor's dislikes. You'll need Chamomile Brew to spike the wine cask on the second floor of the competing bathhouse. Lida will only share that the councillor enjoys fragrant oils if you provide her with a noblewoman's dress from a tailor. If you choose to sabotage, you can lockpick a cabinet on the third floor and steal the oils.

For the flea-infested item, head to the east gate of Kuttenberg City. Here, you'll find a camp of beggars. Search the sacks to locate a flea-infested blanket, which is the item you need for the quest.

Once you have the fleas, return to the competing bathhouse and go to the room where you added the Chamomile Brew. When no one is watching, interact with the baskets and pour the fleas into Councillor Naaz's laundry basket and the clean laundry basket.

If you struggle to find the flea-infested item, remember that completing just one of the three sabotage tasks is enough to make the councillor leave, allowing you to finish the quest and proceed to other adventures like "Axe from the Lake."
