- Assassin's Creed Crossover Coming in August
- Expect Ezio Auditore da Firenze as a Playable Character
- Journey Through Italy and Greece
If you've wrapped up the Showdown in Chinatown update, here’s what’s next: Bluepoch Games has joined forces with Ubisoft to bring the beloved Assassin's Creed series into the Reverse: 1999 universe. This collaboration adds another layer of excitement to the game’s time-traveling adventures. As part of this event, Ezio Auditore da Firenze will become a playable character starting in August, rolled out over two phases.
The upcoming update will also introduce crossover storylines set in Renaissance-era Florence, allowing players to explore 15th-century Italy alongside Vertin and her team during the first phase. The second phase takes you to ancient Greece—a nod to Assassin’s Creed Odyssey fans who’ll recognize familiar settings and events. This storyline will weave Vertin and her allies into the rich tapestry of Assassin’s Creed lore.
This crossover aligns perfectly with Reverse: 1999’s core themes—unexpected twists, time travel consequences, and the ripple effects of choices made along the way. While details remain under wraps, it’s safe to say this high-profile collaboration won’t disappoint, given the massive fanbases for both franchises.
