This attack not only ignores distance modifiers but also comes with her skill [The One Who Enforces], which boosts your Surety and Accuracy when you're wielding a two-handed axe.
You can recruit Mage-Slaying White Daemon Livana from the Unique Remains: Mage-Slaying White Daemon (with bonus), Unique Remains: Mage-Slaying White Daemon, and the Remains of the Justice Guardian Mirror-Mere Successor, available until June 18th.
