Clash of Clans is preparing for a major update in March 2025, introducing changes the community has requested for years. This update represents one of the most substantial shifts in the game's history, with several legacy features being retired.
No Troop, Spell or Siege Machine Training Time!
You can now launch consecutive attacks without delays, creating a faster-paced battle experience. Hero regeneration time is also eliminated, so your heroes are always ready for combat. These updates apply to Titan League and below, while Legend League maintains its current eight-battle daily limit.
This overhaul continues Supercell's initiative to modernize Clash of Clans by removing outdated systems. Following the removal of training costs in 2022, the complete elimination of training timers allows players to enjoy uninterrupted gameplay.
The March 2025 update brings several adjustments to existing items. Training Potions and Training Treats are being retired since they no longer serve a purpose. These items will be removed from purchase bundles, and any remaining inventory will be converted to Gems.
There’s a New Match Anytime System!
When live player bases are unavailable, the new Match Anytime feature enables attacks on snapshot bases. These are preserved versions of actual player bases currently under Shield protection.
These battles function identically to standard encounters, offering loot and trophy rewards, without penalizing the original base owner. This technology already supports Clan Wars and Legend League, and is now expanding to regular multiplayer matches.
Significant trophy system adjustments accompany these changes. With increased battle frequency, victory trophies are being rebalanced. Additionally, Clan Castle request cooldowns are being standardized to 10 minutes for all players.
