A newly discovered Warzone glitch allows players to apply Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) camos to Black Ops 6 (BO6) weapons. This workaround, detailed by Twitter user BSPGamin and highlighted by Dexerto, is currently exploitable but unofficial, meaning it's subject to removal in a future patch.
The glitch requires a second player and involves specific steps within a private Warzone match. The process begins by equipping a BO6 weapon in the first loadout slot of a private match. A friend then joins the lobby, and the player equips an MW3 weapon, repeatedly selecting the desired camo while the host switches to a private match. The friend then leaves, the player repeats the camo selection, and the friend rejoins the private match. This sequence should apply the MW3 camo to the BO6 weapon.
This exploit addresses a common player frustration: the inability to use MW3 camos on the meta BO6 weapons prevalent in Warzone. While MW3 weapons remain accessible, many players have invested significant time earning mastery camos in BO6, only to find them unusable on their preferred weaponry.
For those focused on BO6 camos, Treyarch Studios has announced the upcoming addition of an in-game challenge tracking system, a feature absent from BO6 but present in MW3. This improvement will enhance the camo-unlocking experience.
