DC's Batman once enjoyed a near-annual video game release, a testament to his enduring popularity. Rocksteady's acclaimed Batman Arkham series arguably revolutionized superhero gaming, setting a high bar that continues to influence the genre.
Lately, however, Batman's video game presence has diminished. A true solo Batman adventure hasn't graced our screens since 2017's The Enemy Within, and there's no immediate indication of that changing. He appeared in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, though this Rocksteady title isn't strictly a Batman game. The Arkhamverse, however, expanded with a new VR entry.
