Key App Features:

1. Vehicle Management: Access vital vehicle information, including warranty details, consumable replacement schedules, and your owner's manual. The app also provides access to chat support (Angel Center Talk), your insurance company's call center, and recall notifications.

2. Convenient Maintenance Scheduling: Real-time maintenance network status checks and easy online appointment booking. Receive timely notifications for consumable replacements and scheduled maintenance. Estimated cost information (labor included) is available for select networks.

3. openR Link & Panoramic Screen Integration: Enjoy remote vehicle control (remote start, climate control, door locking/unlocking, horn/light activation), vehicle location tracking, and destination transfer to your car's navigation system. Monitor key vehicle stats like fuel level, mileage, and total mileage.

4. Membership & Owner Benefits: Stay informed about news, events, promotions, and discounts. Access membership details and expiration dates. The app also features links to an accessory store, Happy Care warranty extension subscriptions, new vehicle information, and online quotes.

App Update:

As of April 3, 2024, Renault Korea's mobile app has been rebranded as My Renault, reflecting the global brand's commitment to modernity and innovation.

Optional Permissions:

These permissions are optional and do not affect core app functionality if declined:

• Location: Used for location services, finding your vehicle, route guidance, and maintenance scheduling.
• Photos/Videos: Allows attaching photos to inquiries.
• Notifications: Enables receiving app notifications and event information.
• Nearby Bluetooth Devices: Required for digital key functionality.
• Phone: Enables phone-based support.

Smartwatch App:

Starting September 1, 2023, openR link remote control features are available on Galaxy Watch 4 and later models (Wear OS v3.0 or higher). Requires prior login on the smartphone My Renault app and openR link registration. Customizable watch app tiles provide at-a-glance information.
