• Restaurant: Choose from six food options to boost your muscles and reduce fat. If your character is tired, you won't be able to exercise. Opt for lower-fat options to achieve those six-pack abs!
• Nutrition: Utilize gainers to accelerate your progress in the bodybuilding gym.

In Iron Muscle, you can work out various muscle groups including Abdominals, Back, Biceps, Calf, Chest, Forearms, Legs, Thighs, Shoulders, and Triceps.
