2. Web Guard: The internet can expose kids to inappropriate content, including fake news, violence, and adult material. Web Guard helps maintain your children's internet safety by blocking access to such harmful websites, keeping their online experiences safe and educational.

3. Child Locator and Geofencing: Worried about your child's whereabouts? The Child Locator feature can pinpoint your child's current location if they're not responding. Additionally, Geofencing sends you notifications whenever your child enters or leaves a designated area on the map.

4. Battery Protector: Concerned about your child's phone battery running out? Battery Protector limits game play when the battery level falls below a set threshold, ensuring your child remains reachable.

5. Instant Block and Vacation Mode: Need your child to focus on important tasks? Instant Block temporarily bans games and entertainment apps. Conversely, Vacation Mode allows you to suspend time limits when your child has some free time to enjoy their device.

6. Request Exceptions: If a rule seems too restrictive or a new app gets blocked, children can request an exception. Parents can then approve or deny these requests instantly, maintaining flexibility within the safety framework.

7. Remote Management: Adjust rules and settings on the go by logging into my.eset.com from any device. If you’re an Android user, install our app in parent mode to receive real-time notifications about your child’s device usage.

8. Device Status Check: Can’t get through to your child? The Devices section lets you see if they’ve muted their device or if it's offline, helping you stay connected.

9. Multi-Device Coverage: With one license, you can protect multiple devices, ensuring all your family's gadgets are covered under our safety net.

10. Usage Reports: Curious about what your child is interested in and how much time they spend on their device? Our Reports feature provides detailed insights into their digital activities.

WHY IS THE APP RATING LOW?
