The emmy app is your gateway to scooter bliss. Use it to locate a nearby electric roller, reserve it, and unlock it with ease. Once you're done, emmy takes care of the rest - we ensure the e-scooters are charged and ready for your next adventure. Each scooter comes equipped with two helmets of different sizes and a mobile phone holder, making your journey around the city seamless.

Setting up your emmy account is a breeze:

1. Download the emmy app and register for a one-time fee of 4.95€, which includes 15 free minutes to get you started.

2. Sign up and verify your EU driver's license. Once your account is approved, you're ready to ride our electric mopeds.

3. Ride: Use the app to find and reserve an electric moped near you at no extra cost.

4. End your rental by parking your emmy roller in a public parking lot within our designated business area.

How do you start an emmy electric moped?

1. Open the helmet box: Press the red button and take a helmet from the box.

2. Remove it from the kickstand: Stand with the moped between your legs and push the handlebars forward.

3. Turn on the power: Flip the red switch on the right handlebar to "ON" and ensure the side stand is fully retracted. If you're riding a Yadea, press the "P-button".

4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the moped brake and press the "Down" switch on the left handlebar to activate the engine.

When parking, please use designated moped and bike parking areas on the street. Avoid parking in bike lanes, bus lanes, or pedestrian walkways.

How much does it cost to rent an emmy moped?

For a one-time registration fee of 4.95€, you get 15 free minutes for your first trip, valid for three months. Mopeds can be booked and reserved for free for up to 15 minutes. Unlocking the moped costs 1 EUR, and you'll be charged 0.33 EUR per minute of riding. You can pause your ride at a reduced rate if needed.
