The model image is displayed semi-transparently, guiding your hand as you outline the contours—similar to the centuries-old camera lucida technique (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Camera_lucida).

For optimal results, use a stand to keep your device steady, freeing both hands for drawing. This isn't cheating; it's a revolutionary new way to learn and create.
