Airtel Tribe is your one-stop shop for all retailers, streamlining the way you manage customer service and your own Airtel account. With the Retailer Tribe App, you can efficiently service customers, handling everything from new customer registration to editing existing registrations, SIM SWAP, Mobile Number Portability (MNP), airtime/bundle purchases, AM cash in/out, bill payments, and EVD/AM transfers for other retailers.

The app also empowers you to manage your Airtel account seamlessly. You can view and edit your profile, manage stock by viewing, updating, requesting, or buying it, check your sales hierarchy, reset AM/EVD pins, unlock your account, apply for agent loans, and utilize banking services directly from your account. The application offers a comprehensive view of your transaction history, commissions earned, and your overall performance on Airtel services. You'll be able to perform self-service tasks and submit service requests to Airtel. Additionally, the app supports key notes on training, surveys, and digital notices to keep you informed and engaged.

Available in both English and French, the Airtel Tribe app is designed to support Airtel Africa operations, making it simple to use and crucial for managing business productivity for retailers.
