ZeroTier One

To connect to a ZeroTier virtual network as a VPN from your phone or tablet, follow these steps:

1. Download and Install ZeroTier One for Android:

   • Visit the Google Play Store on your Android device.
   • Search for "ZeroTier One" and download the app.

2. Join a ZeroTier Network:

   • Open the ZeroTier One app on your device.
   • You will be prompted to join a network. Enter the 16-character network ID provided by your network administrator or the one you created.
   • Toggle the switch to join the network.

3. Configure as a VPN:

   • Once connected to the ZeroTier network, your device will automatically treat it as a VPN connection. This means that your traffic will be routed through the ZeroTier network, providing you with the benefits of a VPN.

4. Verify Connection:

   • Check the app to ensure your device is connected and listed as an active member of the network.
   • You can also verify your VPN status in your Android settings under "Network & internet" > "VPN".

ZeroTier creates peer-to-peer virtual Ethernet networks that work anywhere, offering a faster alternative to traditional VPNs.
