Application Description

Tute Cabrero is a widely enjoyed card game throughout South America.

Played by 3 to 5 players, Tute Cabrero is an all-against-all game with no teams.

The goal is to either score the most points (go to more) or the fewest points (go to less); the player in second place loses. The game uses a 40-card Spanish deck.

Cards are ranked from highest to lowest as follows: Ace (11 points), 3 (10 points), King (4 points), Knight (3 points), Jack (2 points), 7, 6, 5, 4, and 2 (these have no point value).

The first card played in a trick sets the leading suit, and each player must follow suit if possible. If a player cannot follow suit, they may play any card. The trump suit always wins the trick. If no trump is played, the highest card of the leading suit wins the trick.
