Embark on a rewarding side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2! This guide details how to locate Vostatek's missing horse, Pepik, and reap the rewards.

Vostatek and Wolves in Kingdom Come Deliverance 2

The quest, "Lackey," begins at Gamemaster Vostatek's residence west of Tachov. Speak with either Zlata or Vitek (located slightly southeast of the house, marked 'B' on the map) to initiate the quest. This leads you north to where Vostatek is under attack by wolves.

Rescuing Pepik in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2

After saving Vostatek, help him to his campsite where he tethered Pepik. Follow Vostatek's instructions; manage your stamina to avoid dropping him. Upon arrival, discover Pepik is missing.

Follow Pepik's tracks, examining clues along the path, leading you to a poacher's camp. Pepik is at the rear of the camp. Strategically engage the poachers—taking them out individually or escaping with Pepik before a full-scale confrontation.

Return Pepik to Vostatek's camp. Choose to travel with him back to his home for a substantial Groschen reward and access to lodging.

With Pepik recovered and your coffers replenished, continue your adventures in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, pursuing other quests or romances, and upgrading your equipment.
