The Full Auto Mod for the AEK-973 can be unlocked during The Terminator event in *Black Ops 6* Season 2, which runs until February 20th. After the event concludes, you'll be able to earn it through the Armory Unlocks system.

To unlock the mod, you'll need to collect Skulls within the event. These can be obtained by eliminating enemies in *Black Ops 6* Multiplayer and Zombies modes, or by opening loot Caches in *Warzone*. You'll need to gather a total of 50 Skulls to trade them in for the Full Auto Mod attachment.

For the quickest Skull collection, consider playing Zombies with the Rampage Inducer enabled until you reach Round 6. Then, leave the game and repeat the process until you've collected the necessary 50 Skulls. Alternatively, in *Warzone*, focus on playing Resurgence Solos and open as many Caches as possible to accelerate your Skull acquisition.

How Does the Full Auto Mod Work in Black Ops 6 & Warzone?

The Full Auto mod transforms the AEK-973 from a burst fire to a fully automatic marksman rifle, equipped in the Fire Mods slot of Gunsmith. It fires 5.45 ammunition at a high rate and can be enhanced with a 5.45 Extended Mag attachment, allowing up to 45 rounds before reloading.

While the mod reduces the AEK-973's damage and damage range, its fast fire rate compensates by providing an excellent time-to-kill. However, it doesn't alter the weapon's handling or mobility, which remains slow due to its marksman rifle classification. To maximize its effectiveness, either equip attachments that boost handling and mobility or use it as a medium-to-long-range battle rifle.
