Ubisoft is taking an innovative approach to promote Assassin's Creed Shadows by teaming up with fitness guru The Bioneer. This unexpected collaboration results in an official workout program designed to help fans get in shape while immersing themselves in the rich history of the Assassin's Creed franchise.

Spanning five weeks (45 days), the program features themed workouts inspired by various chapters of the Assassin's Creed saga:

  • The first week focuses on Assassin training, drawing inspiration from the original game featuring Altair.
  • The second week dives into the world of pirates, referencing Black Flag.
  • The third week channels the spirit of ancient Spartans, as seen in Odyssey.
  • The fourth week embraces the Viking lifestyle, aligning with Valhalla.
  • The fifth and final week highlights samurai and ninja, tying into the upcoming Shadows title.
