Shift Up's CFO, Ahn Jae-woo, shared at the company’s IPO press conference on June 25 that they are "actively considering a PC version of Stellar Blade, aiming to further monetize this valuable IP." This news, reported by GameMeca and translated by Game8, comes as the distribution of PS5 consoles is taken into account, alongside the trend of AAA gamers shifting towards PCs.

Additionally, CEO Kim Hyung-Tae mentioned that while they are reviewing the PC version, they are unable to provide a specific release date due to contractual obligations. This aligns with the company's public filings, which mention plans for both a PC release and a sequel to this successful IP.

Kim emphasized that the goal with Stellar Blade was to "create a high-value IP to build a global fanbase and enhance branding." He highlighted their decision to steer clear of microtransactions to protect the brand’s integrity, promising to showcase this commitment in ways that resonate with fans.
