Obtaining a Crystalarium

To craft a Crystalarium, players need Level 9 Mining skill. The required materials are:

• 99 Stone: Easily obtained by breaking rocks on your farm or in the Mines.
• 5 Gold Bars: Smelt Gold Ore (found at mine levels 80 and below) using Coal in a Furnace.
• 2 Iridium Bars: Mine Iridium in Skull Cavern or obtain it daily from the Statue of Perfection. Smelt Iridium Ore into bars using a Furnace.
• 1 Battery Pack: Collect these after a lightning rod is struck by lightning during a thunderstorm.

Alternative Acquisition Methods:

• Community Center Bundle: Complete the 25,000g bundle in the Vault.
• Museum Donation: Donate at least 50 minerals (gemstones or geodes) to the Museum.

Using the Crystalarium

Place your Crystalarium anywhere – indoors or outdoors. The Quarry is a popular location for mass production. It replicates any mineral or gemstone (except Prismatic Shards).

Growth Times and Profitability:

Quartz has the fastest growth time but low value. Diamonds, while taking 5 days, offer the highest profit margin.

Moving and Changing Gems:

To move a Crystalarium, hit it with an axe or pickaxe. The current gem will drop if it's actively producing. To change the gem type, simply interact with the Crystalarium while holding the desired gem; the old gem will be ejected.
