Radiangames is bringing back the adrenaline rush with Speed Demons 2, a side-scrolling highway racer that evokes the thrill of the classic arcade racing series, Burnout. Initially a mobile game, this sequel is now in development for PC and is slated for release later this year.
The game introduces a unique control scheme, emphasizing movement over traditional steering. Players will use gas, brake, and turbo buttons, while controlling their vehicle's direction by moving the analog stick or mouse up and down. According to the developers, this might sound unconventional, but it promises to be intuitive and engaging once players get behind the wheel.

Speed Demons 2 offers an exciting lineup of ten game modes that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Modes like Pursuit, Takedown, and Rampage are reminiscent of Burnout's Road Rage, where you'll need to destroy other cars within a set time limit. For a different challenge, the Scratchless mode echoes Burnout's Burning Lap, pushing you to reach the finish line with minimal damage to your vehicle.
