Notice the exclamation mark within a blue circle on the map. Head directly to this location using the teleport feature to save time.

Selecting the Right Hairstyle

To fulfill Rosalie's request, press C to access your collection of haircuts. The Simple category is conveniently located just below the image. I chose a haircut from the fisherman set for Nikki, which not only met the criteria but also looked fantastic. I complemented it with a black tracksuit, though you can either create a unique look or simply change the haircut without altering the outfit.
