How To Save Your Game in R.E.P.O.

One of the most frustrating experiences for gamers is expecting to pick up right where they left off, only to find that their progress hasn't been saved. This is particularly challenging with new releases like *R.E.P.O.*. Not every game features autosave, and some require you to reach certain points or fulfill specific conditions before saving. Missing the tutorial on how to save or unclear instructions can lead to losing your progress.

In *R.E.P.O.*, it’s crucial to understand that the game autosaves only when you complete a level. There's no manual save feature, so quitting during a retrieval mission or dying (which sends you to the Disposal Arena) will erase your save. To save your game, you need to finish the level by delivering your valuables to the Extraction Point. Then, make your way to the truck and hold the message button above your head to signal the Taxman, your AI boss, that you're ready to head to the Service Station. At the Service Station, you can shop for supplies and then use the same button to proceed to the next level.

After leaving the Service Station, you'll reach your next location. This is the safest point to exit to the main menu or quit the game entirely. When you or the host (if someone else started the save file) relaunch *R.E.P.O.*, you can continue from where you left off. Remember, if there's a host, they need to exit at the right time to ensure the game saves correctly for everyone. Once the host quits, other players will be logged out as well.
