In this expansion, even though the notorious New Guy in Town has been vanquished, the streets of Old Detroit continue to be plagued by rampant crime. A beacon of hope shines through with OCP's ambitious new project—the OmniTower, a sprawling residential complex designed to enhance the quality of life for the city's inhabitants.

However, the situation takes a dire turn when a group of highly skilled mercenaries, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, hijacks the OmniTower, transforming it into an impenetrable fortress. Their sinister aim is to sow chaos and destabilize public order. Enter RoboCop, the iconic law enforcement officer who stands as the city's last hope. Players will guide RoboCop as he infiltrates the OmniTower, confronts the high-tech mercenaries, and strives to restore peace to Old Detroit.

In "Unfinished Business," gamers will once again step into the boots of the part-human, part-machine police officer.
