Where To Find Plathinum & Ironyum in The Sims 4 Blast From the Past Event

The *Sims 4* Blast from the Past event has players on another treasure hunt! This time, the quest for Plathinum and Ironyum is surprisingly straightforward. Here's how to easily locate these elusive resources.

For those tackling the "Inventing the Past" quests (following "Echoes of Time"), you'll need Plathinum and Ironyum for Emit. Luckily, finding them is much simpler than previous hunts.

The method is identical to finding the Special Time Capsule. Simply locate an area with rocks and dirt mounds—a park is ideal. Pause the game to carefully scan the area. Once you spot a promising spot, dig! It might take a few attempts, but you'll eventually unearth Plathinum and Ironyum, unlocking the Time Travel Component quest.

If rocks and mounds are scarce, speed up in-game time to generate more quickly. However, avoid spending too long in fast-forward, as you might miss your digging opportunity.
