Overwatch 2 & LE SSERAFIM Collaborate Once Again With Exciting New Skins, Emotes, and Challenges

Overwatch 2 is set to captivate fans once more with its exciting collaboration with the renowned K-pop girl group, LE SSERAFIM. This eagerly anticipated event, scheduled to start on March 18, 2025, promises a fresh wave of in-game content, perfectly timed with the release of LE SSERAFIM's new album, "Hot."

Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM: What to Expect on March 18, 2025

Following the success of their previous collaboration in November 2023, which celebrated LE SSERAFIM's song "Perfect Night," Overwatch 2 is ready to elevate the gaming experience again. On March 11, Overwatch 2 unveiled a trailer on Twitter (X), officially confirming the upcoming event. This collaboration was initially announced during the Overwatch 2 Spotlight on February 12, hinting at another exciting partnership with LE SSERAFIM.

Players can look forward to a variety of new skins for characters such as Mercy, Juno, D.Va, Ashe, and Illari. Additionally, recolored skins from the 2023 event will be available for purchase, featuring LE SSERAFIM versions of Kiriko, D.Va, Sombra, Tracer, and Brigitte. While the unique Concert Clash mode from the last collaboration won't return, as it was specifically tied to "Perfect Night," fans can still earn the Legendary Fawksey James Junkrat skin by completing in-game challenges during the event.

Aimee Denett, Overwatch's Associate Director of Product Management, shared insights with Polygon on March 11 about the upcoming event. She stated, "This time around, we wanted to be part of one of the pieces that’s celebrating their new album." Denett further explained that while there isn't a new song specific to Overwatch, the team aimed to celebrate K-pop culture by creating a visualizer for one of the new songs from the album, alongside a range of extensive cosmetics.

The second collaboration between Overwatch 2 and LE SSERAFIM will run from March 18 until March 31, 2025. To build anticipation, a special Overwatch 2 x LE SSERAFIM Livestream Event is scheduled for March 17, 2025, at 8:30 PM PST on Twitch and YouTube. This livestream will feature members of LE SSERAFIM and offer fans a closer look at the new skins.
