Monster Hunter Now Preps for 2025 Spring Festival with New Monsters

Monster Hunter Now has launched an exciting seasonal update for the 2025 Spring Festival, running from April 14th to April 27th. This update brings a host of new content to the game, including new gear and the debut of an aggressive new monster.

Who’s the New Monster?

The new monster making its debut is the fearsome Ebony Odogaron. Unlike a mere reskin, this version is much more challenging than the regular Odogaron, characterized by the black smoke it emits from its mouth. You can encounter Ebony Odogaron across various environments such as forests, deserts, swamps, and tundra. With a more aggressive demeanor and a broader roaming area, be prepared for a tough battle. Alongside Ebony Odogaron, you'll also encounter Kulu-Ya-Ku and other familiar monsters as part of the Spring Festival 2025 event quests.

During the event, players have the opportunity to collect Spring and Rainbow Eggs by defeating monsters or participating in special Hunt-a-thons. These eggs can be traded at the Event Exchange Hub for a variety of fantastic items.

Celebrate Spring Festival 2025 with Monster Hunter Now

On April 18th, the excitement ramps up with the introduction of Giant Egg Toys in Hunt-a-thons. Breaking these toys will yield a large number of exchangeable Eggs. Additionally, the event features limited-time quests that offer exclusive rewards. Completing these quests will unlock a Spring Festival 2025 medal, a special Guild Card background, and Spring 2025 Armor and Weapon Tickets.
