Heroes United: Fight x3 is a straightforward 2D hero-collecting RPG. The gameplay itself is unremarkable – a familiar formula of assembling a team of diverse characters to battle enemies and bosses. We've seen this countless times.
However, a peek at the game's marketing materials reveals some… unexpected characters. Faces strikingly similar to Goku, Doraemon, and Tanjiro appear prominently. The lack of licensing is, shall we say, conspicuous. It's a brazen display of unauthorized character usage, a refreshing throwback to the "good old days" of blatant rip-offs.
The audacity is almost charming. It's a humorous, if ethically questionable, spectacle. While the game itself might not be groundbreaking, the blatant disregard for intellectual property rights makes it a unique, albeit unintentionally comedic, experience.
