• Locate the quest within Breezy Meadow.

Specifically, head to Breezy Meadow, south of Florawish. Find the Meadow Wharf Warp Spire near the eastern coast. From there, navigate to the location indicated on your in-game map. You'll find Viliak near the Meadow Wharf, facing the water. Speak to her to begin the quest.
