Xbox's “Indiana Jones and the Great Circle” Possibly Releasing on PS5Insider and Reports Claim a 2025 PS5 Release for Indiana Jones
Recent reports indicate that Xbox's upcoming action-adventure game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, could possibly launch on the PS5 in the first half of 2025 following its upcoming release on the company's own platforms: the Xbox Series X/S and PC. According to industry insider Nate the Hate, who previously reported on details about Microsoft’s multi-platform plans, the game will be a timed console exclusive for Xbox during the 2024 holiday season, with a PS5 release to follow somewhere around the first half of 2025.
These claims were subsequently attested to by Insider Gaming, which noted in their recent report that some media outlets have received this information under non-disclosure agreements (NDAs).
Xbox Could Expand Grand Releases to PlayStation
Other titles from Xbox like Sea of Thieves, Hi-Fi Rush, Pentiment, and Grounded were previously made available on rival platforms as part of the company's "Xbox Everywhere" initiative. Reports suggested that there is no firm "red line" preventing future Xbox first-party games from launching on the PlayStation.
