According to the website, Jason is a former soldier in the Army, trying to escape his troubled past. However, he ends up in Leonida Keys, working for local drug runners. His meeting with Lucia might be the best or worst thing to happen to him, and he hopes it turns out for the best.

Lucia, on the other hand, was taught to fight by her father from a young age. Her rough upbringing led her to spend time in Leonida Penitentiary. Upon release, she vowed to make only smart moves to provide her mother with the life they had always dreamed of in Liberty City.

Fresh out of prison, Lucia aims to change her luck, and a life with Jason could be her ticket out. Players will follow Lucia and Jason’s journey alongside Vice City's colorful cast that inhabits the sunny Leonida Keys.
