Grimguard Tactics, the story-driven dark fantasy RPG from Outerdawn, receives its first major content update one month after its release. This update introduces significant new features for Android and iOS players, including a new hero class, powerful trinkets, and a challenging new dungeon.
The centerpiece of the update is the Acolyte, a new support class wielding a hand scythe and utilizing a unique blood-bending mechanic. This allows the Acolyte to either control enemies or heal allies, providing tactical flexibility in challenging situations.
Further enhancing gameplay is the addition of Trinkets, equippable items that boost hero abilities. These craftable items, created in the Forge using various materials, offer strategic advantages based on combat scenarios. Players can leverage these enhancements to refine their tactical approaches.
A brand-new dungeon, the Severed Path, adds another layer of challenge and reward. This event-based dungeon, themed around the Acolyte, presents unique obstacles and offers exclusive rewards upon completion. Players can also find additional items in the in-game shop.
